1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in handcrafted solid wood breakfast bars and kitchen surfaces. Each piece is made from high-quality wood with careful attention to detail, ensuring durability and style for your home.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For UK deliveries, we partner with Royal Mail and trusted courier services.

3. How much does shipping cost?

All standard UK deliveries are free of charge. Delivery times are typically 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery online.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal payments. You can pay using your PayPal account or via credit/debit cards through PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@curatd.site .
We will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Can I return my order?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and properly packaged.
For large or heavy items, returns must be arranged through a professional courier service or as instructed by our support team.

If you would like a different product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
